The case

Estia Home Art is a rapidly growing Greek company that is rising in public preference, appreciated for the high-quality household products it provides. The company is particularly known for its line of thermos bottles and containers launched under its own name – Estia – in collaboration with the Save the Aegean organization, which works to remove plastic and other pollutants from Greek seas and coasts. Despite minimal promotional efforts so far, Estia Home Art has managed to establish its presence in the market. In May 2024, Estia Home Art launched new designs for the Save the Aegean series and sought to create a communication and digital marketing strategy that would showcase the products, their usability, and their ecological character, making them an integral part of the public’s daily life.

The challenge

The challenge was clear: to create a coherent and multifaceted communication campaign that would make Estia Home Art’s thermos bottles indispensable in the daily life of the target audience, which is active, extroverted, outgoing and loves well-being. Estia products were launched as more than just fully-functional and convenient thermos bottles and containers. They are beautiful, colorful accessories for everyday life, capable of changing, lifting, and coloring the mood of consumers. The campaign objectives were: increasing product recognition and brand awareness, boosting sales of new products, and attracting young audiences.

Our approach

Together, we designed a campaign that aimed to transform the experience of using a thermos bottle into something more than a daily habit object . The social media strategy highlighted how perfectly an Estia Home Art thermos can fit into our lives and activities. It can even change our mood! This idea was incorporated into the campaign slogan: “Colors your mood.” As part of our approach, we created a series of videos and static visuals depicting this mood transformation in a moment.

The campaign was primarily carried out on social media, mainly utilizing Reels. A combination of Instagram, Facebook Ads, and dynamic storytelling was used, and along with Reels, we produced additional video content for use on TikTok and YouTube Shorts to reach young audiences from all angles.

The outcomes

A new communication identity was successfully conveyed for Estia Home Art’s thermos, making them synonymous with joy and energy that charges every day. They were also associated with the upbeat, colorful, and bright mood in which they were launched through the rich creative material of the campaign. With a combination of videos, visuals, music, and special effects, Estia Home Art products gained a strong presence on social media platforms.

The “Colors your mood” campaign resulted in a significant increase in brand awareness, engagement rate, and thermos sales. Specifically, through our content strategy and promotion, the brand established itself as one of the top three that come to mind when consumers think of buying a thermos container. The engagement rate during the campaign period increased by 15%, while our videos garnered 15 million views across various social media platforms. All of this contributed to the increased sales recorded, once again proving the effectiveness of the custom strategy that focuses on the unique needs of each brand.
